Yukhym Zvyahilsky (in Russian: Efim Zvyagilsky) was appointed acting prime minister of Ukraine on September 22, 1993.

He fulfilled these duties until Vitaly Masol was confirmed as prime minister in June 1994. He is currently a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada and manager of the Zasyadko mine in the Donbass.
