A young, brooding man, who possesses powerful magic which manifested at an early age. He is a childhood friend of Fuuma and Kotori. His mother burned to death as a spirit sacrifice to postpone the earth and humanity's impending doom (caused by global warming).

But she is convinced by Fuuma that she must kill Kamui in order to release Sorata from his obligation to defend him. In so doing, she ends up causing the death of her lover.

A fourteen-year-old schoolgirl, attended by a dog-spirit named Inuki who can transform into a sword and which only Dragons of Heaven and Earth can see. Inuki is later killed by Satsuki, but reborn. Yuzuriha falls in love with Kusanagi.

A character imported from the earlier brief series Tokyo Babylon. He is a member of a clan of onmyouji, and a master with Taoist spell cards. His sister, Hokuto, was killed by his lover, Seishirou. He intends to allow Seishirou to kill him as well, but due to a spell cast by Hokuto at the moment of her death, he kills Seishirou instead. This final blow sends him into catatonia, from which he only emerges in time to contribute to the battle between Fuuma and Kamui.

He impresses Karen, who eventually dies saving him. He is a wind master, with the ability to conjure and control wind currents.

She foresees the battle between the Dragons of Earth and Heaven and the advent of Kamui, but cannot determine which path he will choose. Either way, she foresees that the Dragons of Heaven will lose, but conceals this from them. For a time, she is possessed by her dark half, which causes a disastrous battle. In the end, she kills herself to end her possession and save Kamui. This precipitates the final battle.

Saiki Daisuke

Seiichirou's nephew and also a wind magician, though not of Seiichirou's calibre. Saiki and Kamui do not get along very well, with Saiki not completely convinced that Kamui is the one humanity's fate rests with. Saiki lives to protect Hinoto, whom he seems to have affections for. He was decapitated by Fuuma while protecting Hinoto.

Kamui's aunt and the nurse at Fuuma and Kotori's school when Kamui returns to Tokyo from Okinawa. Tokiko attempts to alert Kamui to the significance of his ancestry and of his role in the end of the world, however Kamui is highly skeptical of her claim to being his mother's younger sister. After being attacked by the "men in black", Tokiko arrives at the Togakushi Shrine severely injured just in time to give birth to the second Shinken before the very eyes of Kamui and Fuuma. Tokiko was apparently in contact with Nokoru and the former Rijichou of CLAMP Academy.

When she was killed, Hokuto laid a spell upon Seishirou such that she he ever attempt to kill Subaru in the same way he had killed her, Subaru and Seishirou's positions would be reversed, and Seishirou would die instead. She appears in Kakyou's dreams, and along with Kotori, persuades him to turn against Fuuma.

The former kaichou (chairman) of the elementary level student board and current chairman of the famous CLAMP Academy, as well as one of the CLAMP School Detectives, along with Ijyuuin Akira and Takamura Suoh (as seen in CLAMP School Detectives). A child of the fabulously wealthy zaibatsu Imonoyama family (who, in fact, founded the CLAMP Academy), Nokoru has practically limitless resources at his command. He personally knew Magami Tokiko through his relative, the former Rijichou (chairperson) of CLAMP Academy, and following the events leading to Fuuma's awakening as the Kamui of the Chi no Ryuu, Nokoru graciously provided the Ten no Ryuu housing, admitting the younger Seals (Kamui, Yuzuriha, Arashi, and Sorata) to the CLAMP Academy at the junior and senior high school levels. Nokoru does not appear in the anime, although CLAMP Academy does.

Monou Fuuma
桃生 封真 (Monō Fūma)
A dear friend of Kamui's, tall and athletic, who has sworn to protect him. His dying father tells him that he is Kamui's twin star. Accordingly, when Kamui chooses the Dragons of Heaven, Fuuma is forced to become a Dragon of Earth, immediately attacking Kamui and killing Kotori. He proceeds to grant wishes to the characters with whom he interacts, in a way that leads to their death or that of a loved one.

In the anime, he is killed by Aoki and Karen, but not before mortally wounding Karen. Yuuto actually originally appeared in a doujinshi work of CLAMP's known as "Hagun Seisenki". In it, as a college student at CLAMP Campus, he was a comrade of Takamura Suoh prior to becoming a Dragon of Earth.

She spends much of her time physically attached to a massive supercomputer named the Beast, through whom she can physically control cables across Tokyo, using them to attack. She develops feelings for Yuuto; in the anime, this causes the Beast to become jealous and kill her.
power: the ability to communicate with any computer and (via The Beast), control any cable within Tokyo and hack just about any computer (excluding, perhaps, the network of CLAMP Campus).

In the manga, Nataku dies defending Karen from Fuuma, as Karen reminds Nataku of his mother.

A dreamseer in a permanent coma, appearing as a tall man with a sad expression and long, pale hair. Kakyou fell in love with Hokuto after meeting her in the dreamscape. He is coerced into manipulating Hinoto, but finally turns against Fuuma.

Setsuka and Seishirou loved each other very much (what is suggested to be in an inappropriate and borderline-illegal manner), and being as such, Setsuka allowed for Seishirou to kill her in order that he should become the next Sakurazukamori. Before dying, Setsuka reminds Seishirou (much in the same way that Hokuto did years later) that even he is not beyond love's reach.
