West of Scotland R.F.C.

West of Scotland Rugby Football Club are a Scottish Rugby Union club from Milngavie, just outside Glasgow.

Formed in 1865 they played a founding role in establishing international rugby in Scotland.

They play in Red and Yellow coloured strips (uniforms), which the football (soccer) club Partick Thistle decided to copy in the 1930s when they switched from dark blue strips.
