Warrant Officer Class 1 (abbreviated WO1) is the highest non-commissioned rank in the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, and British Army. It ranks immediately above Warrant Officer Class 2. It is the equivalent of the RAF Warrant Officer / Master Aircrew.
