Vea

Vea is a Puerto Rican gossip magazine that has been published weekly since 1968.

Vea is known for covering everything concerned with actors, actresses, singers, models, dancers, politicians and athletes. Lately, it has also been publishing articles of human interest. In 1994, a discovery by a Vea employee caused a wide international controversy, when the employee ran across some papers that stated Puerto Rico as the birthplace of the famous singer, Luis Miguel, and not Mexico, as it had been widely believed before the discovery.

Vea has been involved in some controversies concerning the privacy of the famous people it writes about, because Vea writes about everything going on in famous people's private lives. But it could be said also, that when some of those famous people have seen their lights begin to turn off, they have gone to Vea for more exposure and fame.

Vea is one of the top gossip magazines in Puerto Rico, along with Artistas , Estrella , Estrellita and Teve Guia.
