Toni Polster

Anton "Toni" Polster (born March 10, 1964 in Vienna) is a former Austrian football (soccer) striker, the all-time leading goalscorer for the Austria national team.

For his country, Polster was capped 95 times, scoring a record 44 goals between 1982 and 2000. He played in the 1990 and 1998 World Cups. On the club level, he played for Austria Vienna (1982-87), Torino (1987-88), Seville (1988-91), Logroñés (1991-92), Rayo Vallecano (1992-93), Cologne (1993-98), Borussia Mönchengladbach (1998-99), and Austria Salzburg (2000).
