The Funky Headhunter

The Funky Headhunter was an album made by MC Hammer, then known as Hammer, in 1994.

The album at the time was held as MC Hammer's comeback album and was produced by innovative musicians and writers such as Teddy Riley, (who had previously produced records for Guy, Blackstreet, Michael Jackson), The Hines brothers, and G - Bomb. It also featured Death Row Record head Suge Knight and Death Row recording artist the Dogg Pound.

Hammer debuted the Album 2 months before it's release on the Arsenio Hall show and finally released it in March. It seemed to sell well at first quickly peaking at number 2 on the charts and staying in the top 30 throughout the year, but after failing to compare to his other albums it is now considered one of the biggest flops in music history
