Swedish national men's ice hockey team

The Swedish national men's ice hockey team is one of the best ice hockey teams in the world. The IIHF currently ranks them second only to Canada. The team is controlled by the Svenska Ishockeyförbundet . Sweden has won 4 medals in the last 4 years at the World Championships, including 2 silvers in a row (2003, 2004) but no golds.
