Stradella is a town and comune of Pavia province in the northern Italian region of Lombardy, 45°04N 9°17E, at 101 m (331 ft) above sea-level, in the plain of the Po, about 5 km (3 mi) S of the river. Its population was 10,700 as of the 2003 census. Its principal claim to fame is as the birthplace of Agostino Depretis.
