St. George Area (or St. George Region) is an unofficial name given to the southern suburbs of Sydney, Australia, comprising Hurstville, Kogarah, and Rockdale municipal areas. Several major local institutions have 'St. George' on their names: St. George Bank; St. George-Illawarra Dragons Rugby League Team; and St. George Hospital.
