Spilsby is a market town in Lincolnshire, England, with a population of approximately 12000. It lies between the Wolds and the Fens. Spilsby Market was granted its charter in 1302.

Notable inhabitants of Spilsby have included John Franklin, one of Lincolnshire's better known explorers.

This historic market town hosts the King Edward VI School part of which was opened and financed by King Edward VI.
