Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, or SAIT (say-t) as it's called by the students and faculty, is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It is a technical college, but it has many other types of courses not relating to computing, such as Baking and Pastry Arts. It's also home to the five-star restaurant, the Highwood.
