Soutec (Chinese: 南方高科) is the trading name of Guangzhou Soutec (Group) Technology Co., Ltd.,(广州南方高科有限公司) a mobile phone maker based in Guangzhou, China. It was founded in May 1999. Six shareholders jointly own Soutec, these are Guangzhou Southern China Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd., The Seventh Institute under the Ministry of Information, Guangzhou Jinpeng Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Huahong IC Design Co., Ltd., State Development and Investment Corp., and Guangzhou Telecom Corporation.

Soutec produces a variety of CDMA and GSM phones for the Chinese market.
