Shirley McLoon also known as Shirley the Loon is a fictional character, a female duck featured in Tiny Toons Adventures.

Shirley is one of the few characters of the show not inspired by an existing Looney Tunes character. Although she seems reasonably intelligent, she speaks with a thick Valley accent and is obsessed with superficial New Age paraphernalia. Her name is derived from fellow New Age aficionado Shirley MacLaine, while the latter part of the name is an obvious pun. She usually bears the unwanted brunt of Plucky Duck and Fowlmouth's affections.
