SCO v. AutoZone

AutoZone, a corporate user of Linux and former user of SCO OpenServer, was sued by The SCO Group on March 3, 2004. SCO claims AutoZone violated SCO's copyrights by using Linux.

This is just one of a series of lawsuits in which SCO is involved. Other lawsuits in which SCO is involved are SCO v. IBM, Red Hat v. SCO, SCO v. Novell, SCO v. DaimlerChrysler.
