Ruel Fox (born January 14, 1968 in Ipswich, England) is a football player who played for Norwich City F.C., Newcastle United F.C., Tottenham, and West Bromwich Albion from 1986 to 2002.

Late in his career, Fox played for the Montserrat national team and was named its head coach in October 2004.
