Rochfort Bridge, Alberta

Rochfort Bridge, estimated population 60, is a Canadian village located in the Lac Ste. Anne County Municipal District (pop. 8,948 as of 2001 census), in the province of Alberta.

Rochfort Bridge is a rural settlement located about 130 km northwest of Edmonton and is near the town of Mayerthorpe. It was the site of the Rochfort Bridge massacre on March 3, 2005, in which four officers of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police were shot and killed in a raid on a marijuana grow-op.
