Rizon is a large IRC network, popular due to the allowance of channels for sharing warez and other copyrighted material for free. For some time rizon has held the 'best of the rest' tag of the IRC networks, due to the fact it is currently the biggest network outside of the big four of QuakeNet, EFnet, Undernet and IRCNet with an average of around 33,000 users online.
