River Ingrebourne

The River Ingrebourne passes roughly north east to south west through the London Borough of Havering.

It cuts through Upminster Golf Course , then under Upminster Bridge to run next to Hornchurch Stadium and through Gaynes Parkway and the Ingrebourne Valley Greenway , alongside Hornchurch Country Park through Rainham into Rainham Creek and finally into the Thames at Old Man's Head .

Much of the rivers route is classed as a London site of metropolitan importance because of the wildlife found there.
