Richard William Pombo (born January 8 1961), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1993, representing the 11th District of California (map). He was born in Tracy, California, was educated at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and was a farmer and rancher before entering the House.
