Rebecca Blaikie

Rebecca Blaikie (born 1st January 1978 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) was a candidate in the 2004 Canadian federal election.

She stood as the candidate for the New Democratic Party in the prime minister Paul Martin's electoral district of LaSalle-Émard in Montréal, Québec. She received 4.97% of the vote share and was not elected.

She is the daughter of Bill Blaikie, a veteran NDP MP from Winnipeg and current deputy leader of the party, and has a degree in Canadian social history from the University of Winnipeg.
