Rammstein (song)

Rammstein is the title of a song by the German heavy metal group Rammstein of the album titled Herzeleid. Although the song is titled Rammstein, with two "m", it refers to the Ramstein airshow disaster of 1988.

In the Live aus Berlin performance of Rammstein, singer Till ascends from underneath the stage, via a trap door. He wears a burning coat, and special goggles from which a laser beam is projected, from one of the lens.

Lyrics

German

Rammstein
Ein Mensch brennt
Rammstein
Fleischgeruch liegt in der Luft
Rammstein
ein Kind stirbt
Rammstein
die Sonne scheint
Rammstein
ein Flammenmeer
Rammstein
Blut gerinnt auf dem Asphalt
Rammstein
Mütter schreien
Rammstein
die Sonne scheint
Rammstein
ein Massengrab

kein Entrinnen
Rammstein
kein Vogel singt mehr
Rammstein
die Sonne scheint
