Quinte West, Ontario

Quinte West is a city in central eastern Ontario, Canada. It is located on the western end of the Bay of Quinte, and is on Trent-Severn Waterway. The southwestern part of the city also touches Lake Ontario. Quinte West is in the County of Hastings. Quinte West was formed as a city from entities such as Trenton, Frankford, Murray Township, and Sidney Township in the late 1990's. The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are the local law enforcement authority.

According to the 2001 Statistics Canada Census:
