The Prime Number Shitting Bear is a Web animation showing a cartoon bear producing prime numbers from its anus. It was created in 2001 by a Finnish person using JavaScript, and is intended as humour.

The site has somewhat of a cult status on the Internet. Many people compete to find the highest prime number before their computers run out of memory running the program (or before they get bored). There is also a Prime Number Shitting Bear Chatroom, and parodies have been made, such as the Prime Number Shitting Goatse.cx Man.
