Phil M. Donnelly

Phil Matthew Donnelly (March 16, 1891 - September 12, 1961) was a two-term Governor of Missouri. He was a Democrat.

Donnelly was born in Lebanon, Missouri in 1891. He was a member of Missouri state house of representatives. Then he became a member of the Missouri state senate. He was the governor from 1945 to 1949, and again from 1953 to 1957.
