The Patriot League is a college athletic conference which operates in the northeastern United States. It participates in the NCAA's Division I-AA for football and Division I for all other sports. There are eight football members and eight members for basketball and other sports.

There are eleven partial or full-time member schools:

• American University [non-football member]
• United States Military Academy [Army] [non-football member]
• Bucknell University
• Colgate University
• Fordham University [football-only member]
• Georgetown University [football-only member]
• College of the Holy Cross
• Lafayette College
• Lehigh University
• United States Naval Academy [Navy] [non-football member]
• Villanova University [member only in women's lacrosse]
