Palisades Center

The Palisades Center is the largest shopping mall in the New York City metropolitan area; it is located in West Nyack, New York off of the New York State Thruway.

The mall has four levels, approximating the shape of a rectangle, and covers an area of 3,500,000 square feet (325,000 m²). Its anchor stores include Barnes & Noble, BJ's Wholesale Club , Filene’s, Home Depot, JCPenney, Lord & Taylor, and Target. The food court in the center of the third level contains a carousel and a ferris wheel; over a dozen restaurants are present as well. An ice rink is located at the far end of the fourth level, and an IMAX theater is located alongside a stadium-seating 21-screen movie theater near the opposite end.
