Operation Ore was the 1999 British operation to deal with the information provided by American law enforcement agencies developed by their extensive Operation Avalanche, an investigation into the Landslide pornography portal run by Thomas and Janice Reedy which linked child pornography sites.

The operation led to the seizure of user information of thousands of persons who were alleged to have accessed a child pornography website with their credit cards.
