Nick Carter (born January 28, 1980 in Jamestown, New York USA) is a member of the popular music boy band The Backstreet Boys and is generally considered their biggest heart-throb.

Carter has sung some of the band's chart-toppers, and his fame has also helped propel the careers of his brother Aaron Carter and sister Angel Carter.

In 2002, he released a pop-rock solo album titled Now Or Never, which saw limited commerical success.

Carter was linked to hotel heiress Paris Hilton, and by late 2003, the two were publicly dating. The relationship ended in 2004.

In 2005, Carter was arrested in Huntington Beach, California for drunk driving.

Nick Carter is currently back on tour with the Backstreet Boys, who are promoting a new album and their new single, "Incomplete".
