New Jersey State Highway 10 is a 25-mile state highway in New Jersey, United States. It runs from an intersection with United States Highway 46 in Roxbury Township, New Jersey to Prospect Avenue in West Orange, New Jersey. Route 10 is a major route through northern New Jersey, and although it has existed since colonial times, it has undergone much change as it is lined with shopping centers and commerical outlets.

NJ 10 connects the Netcong area to near Newark. At one time it went east on current NJ 7 to end at US 1/US 9 at Tonnelle Circle. It was also planned to go to the Lincoln Tunnel at one time (including 1939).

• Succasunna: Intersection with N/S Hillside Ave
• Randolph: Intersection with Center Grove Rd near County College of Morris
• Morris Plains: Intersection with Tabor Road (New Jersey State Highway 53)
• Morris Plains: Intersection with U.S. Highway 202 (Littleton Rd.)
• Parsippany: Intersection with Interstate 287, exit 39
• Whippany : Intersection with Parsippany Rd (513)
• Hanover Township: Intersection with Ridgedale Ave near Morristown Municipal Airport
• Passaic River: Route 10 crosses the Passaic River, which from west to east marks the boundary between Morris and Essex counties, traveling from Hanover to Livingston.
• Livingston: Intersection with Eisenhower Parkway (609)
• Livingston: Intersection with N/S Livingston Ave (527)
• Livingston: Intersection with Shrewsbury Dr
• West Orange: Intersection with Pleasant Valley Way near Francis A Byrne Golf Course and Essex County Country Club
• West Orange: Intersection with Prospect Ave near Essex Green shopping plaza
• West Orange: Intersection with Interstate 280, exit 9
• West Orange: Ends at junction with Main Street
