Neli Boteva (born 9 May 1974) is a female badminton player from Bulgaria.

Boteva competed in badminton at the 2004 Summer Olympics in women's doubles with partner Petya Nedelcheva. They were defeated by Ella Tripp and Joanne Wright of Great Britain in the round of 32.
