Nebraska is a heartland rock album by Bruce Springsteen, released in 1982 (see 1982 in music). The album was a critical success in spite of a lukewarm public reception. Springsteen had recorded the album in a studio with a full band and then decided not to release it, instead submitting his demo tape of the same songs. The album ended up being one of the most well reviewed and records in his catalogue.

Nebraska peaked at #3 on Billboard's Pop Albums chart.
