Nancy Jane Meyers (Born December 8, 1949 in Pennsylvania, USA) is an American film director, producer and screenwriter. She was married to Charles Shyer . They had two daughters, both actresses, named Annie Meyers-Shyer and Hallie Meyers-Shyer .
