Monarchs of the Armenian Kingdom of Cilicia

This is a list of the Princes, Kings and Queens of the Armenian Kingdom of Cilicia, an Armenian state in the region of Cilicia in what is today southeast Turkey. The Kingdom is also known as Armenia Minor.

Princes of Cilicia (1080-1198)

Kings and Queens of Cilicia (1198-1464)

In 1198 Leo II became King of Cilicia. From here on, they are Kings of Cilicia (unless otherwise noted).

'Senior Heirs' of Leo VI of Armenia

  • Leo VI of Armenia (r. 1374-93)
  • Guido de Armenia (r.1393-1405), (illegitimate son of Leo VI) A canon in Autun, Bayeux.
  • Etienne de Armenia (r.1405- 45), Knight in Sis, (illegitimate son of Leo VI) Settled in Malta.
  • Guido d'Armenia, (c.1410-75), son of Etienne de Armenia.
  • Don Mariano d'Armenia, son of Guido de Armenia. (c.1465).
  • Salvatore d'Armenia, son of Mariano d'Armenia. (c. 1539).
  • Paolo d'Armenia, son of Salvatore d'Armenia. (Not clear of any descendants).
  • Notary Pietro d'Armenia, son of Salvatore d'Armenia. (c.1606)
  • Gio Domenico d'Armenia, son of Pietro d'Armenia. (c.1639). left descendants in Malta.
