Michael Learned (born April 9, 1939 in Washington, DC) is an American actress, best known for her role as Olivia Walton on The Waltons, which she played from 1972 to 1979.

She also had a starring role in the 1989 sitcom Living Dolls , and reprised her Waltons role for a number of TV movies in the 1990s.

Currently, she is playing Judge Helen Turner on the ABC soap operas All My Children and One Life to Live during the baby switch storyline currently playing out on both shows.
