Michael Bradley (born July 31, 1987 in Princeton, New Jersey) is an American soccer player, who currently plays attacking midfielder for the MetroStars of Major League Soccer.
Bradley attended the Bradenton Academy, the United States's dedicated facility for the training of its Under-17 national team for four semesters, from the Fall of 2002 to the Spring of 2004.
Before leaving Bradenton, Bradley signed a Project-40 contract with MLS, turning professional at the age of 16, and entering the 2004 MLS SuperDraft. In the draft, Bradley was selected 36th overall by the MetroStars, a team coached by his father, Bob Bradley.
Bradley did not see any playing time in his rookie 2004 season.
