Meshach Taylor (born 11 April, 1947) is an American actor. He is perhaps best known for his role as Anthony Bouvier on the sitcom Designing Women.

He graduated from Florida A & M University in 1993. He married Bianca Ferguson in 1983 and has 3 children.

Taylor currently has a recurring role on Nickelodeon's sitcom, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.
