Melville E. Ingalls

Melville Ezra Ingalls (18421914) was a Massachusetts state legislator who went on to become the president of the Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Lafayette Railroad . The railroad became part of the Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railroad (the Big Four Railroad), and Ingalls served as president of that railroad as well.
