Mariner 8

Mariner 8 (also known as Mariner H) was a part of NASA's Mariner program. It had onboard systems identical to Mariner 6, Mariner 7, and Mariner 9. This vehicle was destroyed a few minutes after launch due a failure of its Atlas Centaur launch vehicle's autopilot.
