Marián Hossa, #18 (born January 12 1979, in Stara Lubovna , Czechoslovakia (now Slovakia)) is a professional ice hockey right winger in the NHL, playing for the Ottawa Senators. Hossa is regarded as one of the top power-forwards in the league, reaching the 30-goal plateau on multiple occasions, and hitting the 45-goal mark in 2002-2003

Hossa has played all six of his NHL seasons for Ottawa. He was drafted in 1997 by Ottawa. His best season was 2002-03 when he had 80 points. Marián has represented the Slovak national hockey team on numerous occasions including the Winter Olympics at Salt Lake City in 2002. His brother, Marcel Hossa , is a member of the Montreal Canadians.
