Manoel Ferraz de Campos Salles

Manuel Ferraz de Campos Salles (February 15, 1841 - June 28, 1913) Brazilian politician. Lawyer and coffee farmer, governor of São Paulo state (1894-1898). Elected president of Brazil and served between 1898 and 1902. In his term, there were austere financial reforms.
