Madison Park, Seattle, Washington

Madison Park is a neighborhood in east central Seattle, Washington, named after the city park on the Lake Washington shore. It is bounded on the east by Lake Washington; on the south by E. Prospect Street, beyond which is Denny-Blaine; on the west by 38th and 37th Avenues E., beyond which are Washington Park and the private Broadmoor community and golf course; and on the north by Union Bay.

The neighborhood's main thoroughfares are E. Madison Street (northeast- and southwest-bound) McGilvra Boulevard E. (north- and southbound). Madison Park is on the Lake Washington waterfront south of the foot of E. Madison Street.
