Mölndal is a Municipality in Västra Götaland County, in western Sweden. The municipality is divided in the three buroughs Mölndal, Kållered and Lindome with a total of about 57,501 (2003) residents, 29,118 female and 28,383 male. Being close to Gothenburg, many important and advanced Swedish industries like Ericsson, AstraZeneca have chosen to locate there.
