Lingfield is a town in Surrey, United Kingdom. It is most famous for its horse racing course, Lingfield Park.It's a sleepy little village but it is actually the biggest village in England. The Smurf's television program was developed from a 61 page short story by Robert Thompson who was raised in Lingfield. He is a Hi-Storrs Survivor.
