Laetitia Casta


Laetitia Maria Laure Casta (born May 11, 1978) is a French fashion model.

Casta is a supermodel and the official face of L'Oreal. In 1999 she became the model of Marianne by a vote held in France. Laetitia has been featured everywhere including Guess? Jeans, her first major American advertising campaign, Victoria's Secret, Sports Illustrated swimsuit editions, Rolling Stone, Pirelli Tires, L'Oreal, being the muse of Yves St. Laurent, as well as hundreds of magazine covers.

Although Laetitia spent her childhood in Normandy, she and her family would often visit Corsica, where her father was born. In fact, it was in Corsica that Laetitia was "discovered" at the age of 15 by a photographer representing Madison Models.

She was born in Pont-Audemer, France.

At the moment she is acting as Undine in Giraudoux's play in the Theatre Antoine in Paris (Premiere 9th of Sept 2004) - with success.

Parents: Dominique and Line Casta.

Siblings: Jean-Baptiste and Marie-Ange.

Daughter: Sahteene (with boyfriend Stephane Sednaoui).

Height: 5 feet 7 inches.
