La Gasolina (Gasoline in English) is a popular song by Daddy Yankee. Released in 2004 as part of Daddy Yankee's "Barrio Fino" album, the song became a reggaeton mega-hit, being a chart-topper in many countries well into 2005.

Before the release of "Barrio Fino", Daddy Yankee was well known to reggaeton fans. "La Gasolina", however, let him gain popularity among Hispanic mainstream music fans as well, becoming a hit in Puerto Rico, the rest of Latin America and the United States.

During the 2005 Premios Lo Nuestro opening, Yankee Daddy came into the show while inside a red convertible car, which was pulled down from the roof of American Airlines Arena in Miami, while singing "La Gasolina". This moment was voted as the best moment of the show by online voters at Univision's website. In addition, the song gained Yankee Daddy popularity in Europe, allowing him to fill a stadium in Madrid. Likewise, on April of 2005, Yankee Daddy filled a stadium in Mexico City, Mexico.
