The Kuala Lumpur Star Light Rail Transit system is a metro system in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Locally, it is known as Star LRT or simply Star (Star stands for 'Sistem Transit Aliran Ringan'). This line runs General Electric trains identical to those used for the Docklands Light Railway.
It was featured in the closing scene of the 1999 Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta-Jones movie Entrapment. It consists of two metro lines: Ampang Line and Sri Petaling Line. Currently Star LRT and Putra LRT are operated by Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad .
