Kinloss

Kinloss is a village in Moray, Scotland. It is located near the shore of Findhorn Bay , around 3 miles (5km) from Findhorn and 2.5 miles (4km) from Forres. RAF Kinloss is located northeast of the village.

Dubh, King of Scotland was murdered at Kinloss in 971 and his body dumped under a bridge.

Kinloss was the site of a Cistercian monastery, created in 1150 by King David; the monastery now lies almost completely ruined.
