Keynsham (pronounced "Cane-shum"), is a town near Bristol in the district of Bath and North East Somerset, England, and traditionally in the county of Somerset. The town is said to be named for Saint Keyna .

At Keynsham, the River Chew meets the River Avon.

The remains of a Roman villa lie on the outskirts of the town. An important industry in the town is the chocolate factory of Fry's (now Cadbury's).

The town featured as the title of an album by the Bonzo Dog Band.

The town also became famous in the 1960's from an advert on Radio Luxembourg for Horace Bachelor's Infra-draw betting system where he spelled out the name of the town K-E-Y-N-S-H-A-M - this is where the Bonzos got the idea from for their album title.

On February 2, 2005, Keynsham was granted Fairtrade Town status.

On the outskirts of Keynsham lie Keynsham Humpy Tumps , one of the few acidic grassland sites within the Avon area.
