    • Located in the Central Business District along the bustling Jalan Wong Ah Fook . Five-floors divided into two sections, and 31-floor office tower. The building was completed somewhere around 1998. Underground carpark.
  • Kompleks Tun Abdul Razak
    • Also located along Jalan Wong Ah Fook ,Kompleks Tun Abdul Razak or KOMTAR is probably the oldest shopping complex in Johor Baru. Officially opened on the 11th March 1979 by the third prime minister of Malaysia, Tun Hussein Onn, KOMTAR consists of a two storey shopping centre and a 25 storey office tower block.

Prior to the construction of the Johor Bahru City Square, this was the most popular shopping centre. Holiday Plaza is also known for its notorious shops selling pirated movies and music. It also has an 18 storey office tower block.
